Look at the Stalker Outside My Apt

We have assigned parking. That’s not my neighbor. A man just appeared after 6 am wearing all black including gloves, sitting quietly, outside my balcony. What’s he putting in the glove box after he saw he was caught!?

Saskatoon, December 30th. White Nissan. Off of Mckercher and 8th, past Edinburgh place. Street cams should catch him and his plates when he drives off. He had rear plates.
